Our group exists for those who are curious about the long-term future of space exploration and the potential frameworks that may one day govern human presence, access, and activity on Mars. We believe that understanding progress early, technological, legal, and organizational, matters for anyone interested in the next era of human expansion.

Mars Claims Group is a speculative record-keeping and priority-positioning organization designed to operate only if lawful and practical access to Mars resources becomes possible in the future.
If, at some future date, governments, international bodies, or private entities legally authorize the extraction or allocation of resources from Mars, Mars Claims Group intends to explore good-faith partnerships with those authorized operators. Such partnerships—if they ever occur—would be limited to recognizing recorded priority positions held by Mars Resource Option holders, subject to all applicable laws, treaties, regulations, and contractual requirements in force at that time.
Mars Claims Group does not currently own, control, extract, or allocate any extraterrestrial resources, and there is no assurance that any future company, government, or organization will recognize or honor these records. No partnership discussions are active, and no guarantees are made that any partnerships will ever exist.
All Mars Resource Options are speculative, confer no ownership rights, and represent only a recorded priority position for potential future consideration should lawful Mars resource programs emerge.
1. Purpose of This Agreement
1.1 This Agreement records the issuance of a Mars Resource Priority Option (“Option”) to the purchaser (“Holder”).
1.2 The purpose of this Option is to document the Holder’s priority position for potential future participation in the allocation or distribution of materials extracted from Mars, if and only if such extraction becomes lawful, commercially viable, and accessible to the issuer under applicable international and national laws.
1.3 This Option is speculative by nature and is offered for individuals interested in space exploration, long-term technological possibility, and historical participation. It is not offered as an investment and carries no guarantee of future benefit.
2. What This Option Grants
2.1 This Option grants the Holder the following rights:
(a) A non-exclusive, conditional right to priority consideration;
(b) Priority determined solely by chronological order of purchase;
(c) Priority as recorded in the issuer’s commercial transaction records;
(d) Potential participation in the allocation or distribution of Martian materials only if future conditions allow.
2.2 “Priority consideration” means earlier placement in line, not entitlement, exclusivity, or guaranteed access.
3. What This Option Does Not Grant
3.1 For clarity, this Option does not grant:
(a) Ownership of Mars or any portion of Mars;
(b) Ownership of minerals or materials on Mars today;
(c) Mining rights, extraction rights, or territorial claims;
(d) Any guarantee of fulfillment or delivery;
(e) Any expectation of financial return or appreciation.
3.2 International law currently does not recognize private ownership of land on Mars. This Agreement makes no claim of sovereignty, territory, or present property rights of any kind.
4. Conditions Required for Fulfillment
4.1 This Option may become exercisable only if all of the following conditions occur:
(a) Commercial extraction of materials from Mars becomes lawful under applicable international and national laws;
(b) A recognized operator successfully extracts materials from Mars;
(c) The issuer lawfully acquires access to, custody of, or distribution rights for such materials;
(d) Allocation or distribution of those materials to private parties is legally permitted.
4.2 If any of the above conditions are not met, this Option cannot be fulfilled.
5. Likelihood of Fulfillment
5.1 The Holder acknowledges and understands that:
(a) Mars resource extraction may never occur;
(b) Legal frameworks enabling private distribution may never be established;
(c) The issuer may never be able to participate in such activities.
5.2 Accordingly, this Option will most likely never be fulfilled.
5.3 The Holder accepts this Option with full awareness of its speculative and conditional nature.
6. Expiration
6.1 If the conditions described in Section 4 are not met by [Expiration Year —2055], this Option shall automatically expire with no further obligation on the part of the issuer.
6.2 Expiration does not constitute breach, default, or failure of performance.
7. Transferability
7.1 This Option is transferable.
7.2 The issuer recognizes the current recorded holder of the Option as the Holder for all purposes related to priority and potential fulfillment.
7.3 Transferability does not imply value, liquidity, appreciation, or likelihood of fulfillment.
8. Record of Priority
8.1 The Holder’s priority position is determined exclusively by the chronological order of purchase, as reflected in the issuer’s commercial transaction records at the time of purchase.
8.2 These records constitute the authoritative source for determining priority.
9. No Investment Representation
9.1 This Option is not an investment, security, or financial instrument.
9.2 The issuer makes no representation or guarantee regarding profit, appreciation, resale value, or economic return.
9.3 The Holder confirms that this Option is purchased for personal interest, novelty, or participation, not for financial gain.
10. Governing Law
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State / Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between the issuer and the Holder regarding the Option and supersedes all prior statements or representations.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing this Option, the Holder confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the speculative and conditional nature of this Agreement.
